摘 要:化工搅拌装置内的流体流动伴随着显著的传热过程,由于搅拌流动的复杂性以及温度的分布难以测量,采用试验法具有一定的局限性。利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件,采用标准κ-ξ紊流模型,分析了非稳态非等温情况下,涡轮搅拌桨混合过程中搅拌槽中流体的三维紊流流场和温度场的分布。结果表明,桨叶旋转时,在叶轮区产生高速射流,径向射流在流动过程中夹带着周围流体撞击到槽壁后,径向排出并分成两部分,在叶轮上下两侧附近形成了两个循环涡流。随着桨叶搅拌时间的增加,搅拌槽内流体温度逐渐趋于均匀,但在六叶轮斜上区出现6个低温区。桨叶所产生的能量绝大部分都消耗在桨叶附近的排出流区。Liquid flow in chemical agitating equipments goes with the distinct heat transmission process. Because of the complexity of stirring flow and difficult measurement of the temperature distribution, adopting experiment method has a certain limitation. Utilizing computing flow hydrodynamics software (CFD), a standard κ—ζ turbulent model was adopted. Under the non - isothermal and astable condition, three - dimensional flow field and temperature field's distribution in agitating trough was analyzed in the mixing process of turbine agitating paddle. The results show that when the propeller blades rotating, high-speed jet flow appears in the impeller area. Radial jet flow, carrying surrounding fluid in the proce.~s of flowing, bounces tank wall, which ejects in radial direction and becomes two parts. Near the upper side and lower side of impeller forms two recycle vortexes. With the increase of the stirring time of propeller blades, the temperature of fluid in the tank tends to be even gradually. But six low temperature areas appear the bevel upper position with 6 propeller blades. A majority energies produced by the propeller blades are used up in the eduction flow area near the propeller blades.
