摘　　要：文章分析了我国老年监护方面的立法现状,结合国外成年监护的立法事例,提出了自己对我国老年监护制度的看法。The text analyzes the legislative current situation of the guardianship for the old people with analyzing the characteristics and purposes of guardianship itself,basically according to the objective by beginning law of population increasing. The text also studies the advanced legislative examples for the old people from other countries, and give a picture of legislative thinking about the old people＇ s guardianship
