摘  要:本文报道新的以三十二烷基胺(TDDA)为载体和以对氯苯硼四-十二铵(ETH2191)为载体的pH微电极膜。与原有的TDDA膜相比较,新的TDDA膜和ETH2191膜制备更加容易,膜内阻从原有的2×1011Ω0(1μm)下降到3.5×1010Ω(1μm),其中ETH2191膜的动力学响应pH范围为12~4.5,与原有的TDDA膜(pH范围为12~5.5)比较,拓宽了五个pH,而且ETH2191膜无TDDA膜所具有的超能斯特响应。以新TDDA膜和ETH2191膜制成的超微电极的膜内阻仅为1×1011Ω(0.5μm),响应快,能够满足细胞内pH测定的需要。A new tri-n-dodecylamine (TDDA)-based and a ETH2191-based hydrogen ion-selective microelectrodes are described. Comparcd with the old TDDA-based pH microelectrode, these two new microelectrodes can be more easily prepared, and the resistance of both membranes is much lower. The ETH219l-based microelectrode exhibits a linear dynamic response pH range from 12 to 4. 5 and extends 1 pH unit toward the more acidic range, compared with the linear pH range of 12~5. 5 of the former TDDA-based one. The resistance of either the ETH2191-based or the new TDDA-based microelectrode with 0. 5μm diameter is about 1011Ω and thus the new microelectrodes are suitable for physiological measurements, especially for intracellular measurements.
