摘　　要：目的改良脑瘫痉挛性马蹄足的治疗方法。方法通过外固定架矫正马蹄足。结果治疗9例,随访8例,获得了足的正常外观,恢复了足的三点负重,达到了足的稳定步态。结论外固定架治疗脑瘫性马蹄足方法简便,疗效确切。Objective To improve the treatment of Brain paralysis convulsive equinovarus. Methods The convulsive equinovarus was rectified with outside fixer. Results 9 patients with brain paralysis convulsive equinovarus were treated, 8 of them were follwed-up.They regained the normal appearance of foot,regained the 3 point balance of weight and got the steady gait back. Conclusion The treatment of outside fixer to brain paralysis convulsive equinovarus is easy and effective.
