摘　　要：介绍了一种基于GSM/SMS的远程电网参数抄表系统,该系统利用无线网络能自动监测电网中的三相电能、功率、功率因数、频率、电压电流等参数.系统由多电量测试模块、数据集中器、通信控制器、GSM数据传输器、计算机管理中心和GSM通信网络构成,并在VisualBasic环境下开发系统管理功能.A meter remote electrical network parameter copying system based on GSM/SMS is described. The system can monitor three-phase electric energy, power, power factor, frequency, voltage and current of electrical network-automatically through wireless network. The system is composed of measurement module, data concentrator, communication control equipment, GSM data transmitter, computer administration and GSM communication network; and the system management function has been developed under the environment of Visual Basic.
