摘  要:目的探讨白血病抑制因子(LIF)在人早孕期子宫蜕膜和黄体期子宫内膜的表达情况。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,对36例正常早孕子宫蜕膜和34例输卵管阻塞妇女黄体中期子宫内膜进行LIF定量检测。结果黄体中期子宫内膜LIF表达量高于早孕期子宫蜕膜组织,表达中位数(M)分别为240.00和46.50 ng/L。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论LIF基因在黄体中期(胚泡着床期)子宫内膜表达量较高,在早孕期子宫蜕膜表达量较低,提示黄体中期和早孕期LIF基因表达量的差异与胚泡着床和妊娠维持的不同生理阶段有关。Objective: To investigate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in early pregnant decidua and mid-luteal phase endometrium. Methods: Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was performed to determine LIF gene expression in early pregnant decidua and mid-luteal phase endometrium. Result: There were higher LIF levels in mid-luteal phase endometrium (median 240.00 ng/L), as compared with those in early pregnant decidua (median 46.50 ng/L). There was a significant difference between two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Higher LIF gene expression in mid-luteal phase endometrium indicate that LIF is probably involved in initiating blastocyst implantation while the lower expression of LIF in decidua may be related with maintaining early pregnancy.
