摘　　要：人成熟卵母细胞的纺锤体对低温敏感,在冷冻保存中极易受到伤害,加上成熟卵母细胞来源有限,人们开始研究人未成熟卵母细胞的冷冻保存。本文综述了人未成熟卵母细胞冷冻技术的意义、优势、影响因素以及目前存在的关键问题,期望能拓展配子冷冻领域。The spindles of human mature oocytes are sensitive to the temperature change and vul- nerable in cryopreservation and thawing. The sources of human mature oocytes are also very limited. A promising way is to cryopreserve human immature oocytes and many studies have been done in this field. This article summarized the significance, advantages, factors of influence and the key problems of the cryopreservation of immature oocyte,
