摘 要:含氮氧配体的镍络合物对苯乙烯的催化环氧化*尹国川奚祖威曹国英(中国科学院大连化学物理研究所,大连116023)关键词镍络合物,苯乙烯,次氯酸钠,环氧化烯烃的环氧化虽早已实现工业化,但各种生产方法都存在缺点.自70年代细胞色素P-450酶的活性中心结构...Three nickel(Ⅱ) complexes with ligands containing nitrogen and oxygen were synthesized. In the absence of organic solvent and phase transfer agent, their catalytic activity for styrene epoxidation with NaOCl as oxygen source was studied. A new catalyst Ni(PA) 2Cl was found to have high styrene conversion (89 4%) and epoxy selectivity (58 9%); furthermore, its structure is simple, and its stability is better. This catalytic system has better catalytic performance at a ratio of n (catalyst) ∶ n (styrene) ∶ n (NaOCl) =1∶50∶100. The rising of temperature is disadvantageous to the epoxidation reaction; the pH of aqueous solution of NaOCl between 9 3 and 12 2 has small influence on styrene conversion and epoxy selectivity. Ni(PA) 2Cl can be used twice more with no serious change in its catalytic performance. Organic solvent and phase transfer agent are all disadvantageous to epoxy selectivity.
