摘　　要：目的：探索弥漫性轴索损伤致持续昏迷或长期植物状态患者的护理．方法：分析总结了一例持续昏迷510天后苏醒的弥漫性轴索损伤患者的护理经验和体会。结果：本例持续昏迷510天后苏醒的患者在昏迷期间无护理并发症，最终顺利清醒康复。结论：弥漫性轴索损伤致持续昏迷或长期植物状态患者的护理需掌握各期症状表现，制定切实可行的护理措施，防止并发症发生，积极的护理工作是影响病人预后的重要因素，是提高患者的治愈率和生存质量的关键．Objective： To investigate the, nuese of the case with persistent coma and lasting vegetable owing to severe diffuse axonal injury. Methods： A case with persistent coma 510 days then revival owing to severe diffuse axonal injury was reviewed. Results： There were no nurse complication in this case during the persistent coma 510 days, and finally the case had became revival and get well. Conclusion： It was indispensable to make a practical and used nurse plan basis of clinical symptom different phases in the case with persistent coma and lasting vogetable owing to severe diffuse axonal injury, to prevent complication. The active nurse was a important factor affect prognosis of patient and a key to increase cure rate and survival quality.
