摘　　要：本文分三部分对国内外原子发射光谱的固态光学多道检测系统特别是电荷转移器件（ＣＴＤ＿ｓ）检测器近１０年来的发展进行了综合评介。本篇为其中的第三部分，着重讨论了ＣＴＤ＿ｓ－ＡＥＳ系统中光谱信号的采集和处理、光谱诊断、ＣＴＤ＿ｓ系统的制冷以及ＣＴＤ＿ｓ－ＡＥＳ的主要研究课题。bese serial papers inchding threeparts review the development of the solid-sate optical multichannel detective system,particularly the charge-transfer devices(CTD_s)detectors,of the AES at home andabroad in the past ten years, As the thirdpart, this paper describes the collection andtreatment of the spectra signals of CTD_s-AES system, the diagnosis of the spectra, the cooling of CTD_s system and the majorprojects of CTD_s-AES.
