兔阴道黏膜组织学与阴道黏膜刺激性形态学改变

摘　　要：目的本研究用光学显微镜观察新西兰雌性白兔阴道的正常组织学及药物刺激后所发生的组织病理学改变。方法新西兰兔子宫、阴道分离后固定于11%甲醛内,常规脱水、透明、石蜡包埋,制片,HE染色,光学显微镜观察。结果与讨论新西兰雌性白兔阴道是一根较粗的肌膜性管道,延续于子宫颈,下接阴道前庭,阴道黏膜表面主要被覆单层柱状纤毛上皮,阴道前庭黏膜表面被覆未角化的复层鳞状上皮。在药物刺激下,阴道上皮可发生坏死、脱落,继而形成糜烂或溃疡,局部可有肉芽组织形成及炎细胞浸润。根据病变程度可进行半定量计分。Objective To describe normal morphology and histopathological changes of vaginal mucosa after irritation test in adult female New Zealand rabbits. Methods The uterus and vagina of adult New Zealand female rabbits were rapidly removed and fixed in 11% formalin, embedded in paraffin, sectioned at a thickness of 5 ,μm and stained with hematoxyline and eosin （HE）, and examined by light microscopy. Results and Conclusion The normal New Zealand female rabbit vagina is in a form of expendable muscular tube, next to the vestibulum. The vestibulum is covered by non-keratinized stratified squamous epithelium. The vigina is lined by a layer of single columnal epithelium. Epithelial erosion, vascular congestion, leukocytes infiltration, edema of the lamina propria and even necrosis of mucosa can be observed in the vagina after irritation by various drugs, and the extent of the vaginal damages caused by irritation can be semi - quatitatively evaluated.
