3265名大学生结核感染状况调查与相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解大学生结核感染的状况。方法:采用结核菌素皮肤接种试验和问卷调查的方法,调查3 265名大学生结核感染情况。结果:总阳性率16.05%,5 mm,10 mm,15 mm,20 mm 4个标准的阳性率分别为7.17%,4.76%,3.58%,0.58%。源于城市的学生对结核菌素的反应性高于来自农村的学生。结论:由于年龄、生理、环境等原因,大学生是结核病的易感人群,应该采取有力的相应预防措施。Objective： To determine tuberculin reactivity among undergraduate students of our university. Methods： The investigation was performed to 3265 subjects by standardized tuberculin test with the purified protein derivative of tuber culin （PPD） produced by Beijing Xiangrui Bioengineering Company. Results： The general positive rate of PPD reaction was 16.05%. And the positive rates were7.17%, 4.76%, 3.58%, and0.58% on levels of≥5mm, ≥10mm, ≥15mm and ≥20 respectively. Conclusions： The PPD reaction of students coming from cites is stronger than students from rural area. Much attention should be paid to prevention and control of tuberculosis.
