吸入糖皮质激素治疗儿童哮喘100例随访研究

摘　　要：目的观察吸入皮质激素治疗儿童哮喘随访研究.方法对100例儿科哮喘专科门诊哮喘患儿,按病情严重度吸入不同剂量的普米克、必可酮,疗程6个月至4年,随访6～77个月.结果两组在治疗前最高峰流速值(PEF)所占预计值、治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月PEF上升率均有明显差异(P值均<0.01).本组疗程在6～18个月的36例中,停药后仍有13例(36.11%)每年发作次数≥2次,但疗程在19个月以上的25例中,停药后只有3例(12%)每年发作次数≥2次,两者之间差异有显著意义(χ2＝4.43,0.05>P>0.01).结论吸入皮质激素治疗儿童哮喘疗效确切.早期、规范、个体化、足够疗程的治疗,是控制哮喘发作的关键.Objective The study of inhaled steroids to treat asthma in children curated and visited. Methods One hundren children from pediatrics asthma outpatient,according to patients＇ condition bad degree different inhaled dosage＇ s pulmicort and biketong, course of treatment 6 months to 4 years. Results Two groups before cure and after cure 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 month PEF up rate had significant difference（P 〈 0.01 ）, group course of treatment at 6～18 months 36 cases stopping medicine back yet had 13 cases（36.11% ） every year breaking out number of times ≥2 ,but at 19～36 months 25 cases,only 3 eases（12% ） every year breaking out number of times ≥2,both have variant marked（χ^2 =4.43,0.05〉P〉0.01）.Conclusion Inhaled steroids to treat asthma in children curative effect exact. Early stage, standard, individuate, enough course of treatment＇ s cure,is the key to control asthma breaking out.
