摘 要:目的研究小剂量电离辐射对受照人员晶状体的远期影响。方法对22名(44眼)受到一次性小剂量电离辐射照射(照后30年)人员和22名(44眼)对照人员的晶状体进行详细检查和分析。结果受照组晶状体后囊下点状浑浊发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);晶状体赤道部弥漫点状浑浊程度高于对照组(P<0.05);晶状体丝、条状和雪花状浑浊形态明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论小剂量电离辐射照射对晶状体可造成损伤。Objective Long - term effect of low - dose irradiation on ocular lens was studied. Methods The ocular lens of 22 cases (44 eyes) exposed to low - dose irradiation were examined in the 30th years after radiation,and the ones on 22 cases(44 eyse) in control were examined. Results Frequencies of ocular lens dot opacification occurrence in radiation group were obviously higher than that of control one( P 〈0. O1 ),and the degree of permeating dot opacification in the equator part of ocular lens in radiation group was higher than that control one( P 〈 0. 05 ). The shapes of thread,strip and snowflakes opacification in radiation group were obviously higher than that of control one ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The damage of ocular lens could be formed by low - dose radiation.
