摘 要:①目的探讨技术因素对放射性肾图检查结果的影响与解决措施.②方法定期对核多功能仪的短期稳定性、长期稳定性、重复性及示踪剂进行质量控制.对主要操作环节进行经验总结.③结果质量控制后两侧探头本底差值<5%,峰值差值<30%,提高诊断符合率6.41%,总诊断符合率73.07%.不同活度的示踪剂对其峰值差值影响不同,注射131I-OIH活度以555~740 kBq为佳.④结论对仪器与环境、位置与定位、示踪剂与注射等环节质量控制后,可提高放射性肾图诊断质量.Objective To study the effect of technological factors on the result of renogram and to discuss the resolving. Methods Quality control was applied regularly to the short-term and long-term stability, repetitiveness of the muhifunction instrument and tracer. A summary on main procedures and experience was made. Results After quality control, the difference between two side detector was less than 5%, and the difference of summit value was less than 30%, The diagnostic coincidence was increased by 6.41%, and total coincidence rate was up to 73.07%. Different tracers with different radioactivity affected the summit of tracers differently; the well-defined range of radioactivity was between 555 and 740 kBq. Conclusion After the quality control of the equipment, location, tracer and injection, the quality of the diagnosis of renogram can be improved .
