内固定加植骨融合在腰椎退行性疾病中的应用

摘　　要：①目的探讨内固定加植骨融合在退变性腰椎疾病中的应用.②方法采用椎弓根内固定系统结合植骨融合治疗退变性腰椎疾病47例,其中后外侧融合41例,后外侧结合Telamon融合器治疗3例,结合Pyramesh融合器治疗3例.③结果47例术后随访6～20月,平均14月,骨融合率为89.4%.术前下腰痛评分为3.9±1.2,术后评分为13.6±1.3,两组间比较差异有显著性(t=34.74,P＜0.05).全组优良率93.6%.④结论在退变性腰椎疾病的治疗中使用内固定,可提高融合率,改善临床效果.Objective To study the value of internal fixation and graft fusion degenerative disorders of lumbar spine. Methods Degenerative disorders of the lumbar spine in 47 patients were treated by using combined short-segment pedicle screw fixation and posterolateral fusion and interbody cage Telamon or Pyramesh . Of these cases, 41 were treated through combined methods between pedicle screw fixation and posterolateral fusion, three cases combined Telamon cage, and another three combined Pyramesh cage. Results The mean follow-up was 14 months, ranging from six to 20 months. The rate of bone fusion was 89.4M. Low back pain score was 3.9±1.2 preoperatively and 13.6 ± 1.3 postoperatively. There was significant difference between the two groups （t=34.74,P〈0.05）. Excellent rate was 93. 6%. Conclusion Internal fixation for degenerative disorders of lumbar spine is effective in improving fusion rate and clinical effect.
