摘 要:①目的探讨开展医院内科研机构实力评估的方法。②方法建立一套以科研队伍、重点建设、研究方向、学术任职、科研立项、科研经费、科研成果和学术交流等为要素的科研实力评估体系,对全院各研究室所实行滚动式的动态管理。③结果确定了建立医院内科研机构科研实力评估体系的原则为定性和定量相结合、改进与建设相结合、公正性和实用性相结合、科学性与可操作性相结合;评估体系有科研队伍、重点建设、研究方向、学术任职、科研立项、科研经费、课题鉴定与专利、获奖成果、论文、专著和学术交流等11个方面的内容;并确定了其具体实施方案。④结论科研实力评估体系有利于促进各研究室所发挥自己的科研特色和优势,达到以评促建、以评促改、重在建设的目的。Objective To explore the method of developing an evaluation system on scientific research ability of research institution in general hospitals. Methods A set of appraisal system on scientific research ability was set up, which included research team, major construction, research orientation, academic post, research project, research expenses, research achievements, and academic exchange. A dynamic administration was carried out. Results The principle of building appraisal system was determined, which combined qualitation with quantitation, upgrade with construction, justness with practicability, and science with utilization. This system included eleven aspects, such as research team, major construction, research orientation, academic post, research project, research expenses, topic assessment and patent, award-winning achievement, thesis, monograph, and academic exchange. The concrete implementing scheme was also established. Conclusion This evaluation system is conducive to every research sections to bring their full play in research superiority so as to reach the goal of construction as the focal point through evaluation by comparison and reform.
