六个品系白壳蛋鸡血型及血浆蛋白质（酶）多态分析

摘　　要：用中国科学院遗传研究所研制的１０个抗鸡红细胞抗原单价血清（３个位点１０个等位基因），以平板凝集法以及用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳方法，对济宁北郊种鸡场白壳蛋鸡祖代或父母代Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｅ、Ｆ６个品系共３１２羽成年个体分别进行血型和血浆蛋白质（酶）多态（２个位点６个等位基因）测定。结果表明，各品系的群体遗传结构各有差异，试验结果可为杂交亲本选配提供信息。Six white layer lines(312 adult fowls)were used as materials.By use of 10operationally monospecific sera(3 loci,10 alleles)of chicken prepared in labortoryof the Institute of Genetics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,the blood-group of abovementioned lines were detected by plantagglutination. The plasma protein polymorphismswere determined by means of polyacrylamids gel electrophoresis.The results showed thattlie population genetic difference existed among these lines.The results were availablyapplied to parent selected-mating in poultry breeding.
