摘  要:用不同镀镍钢带、不同工艺制作的钢壳制作无汞LR6、LR03电池,探讨钢壳对无汞碱性锌锰电池电性能的影响。结果表明:不同钢壳的无汞碱性锌锰电池初始期电性能无明显差异。但电池储存以后,除开路电压没有明显差异以外,闭路电压、短路电流、内阻、重负载放电持续时间等电性能均有显著差异;较轻负载的放电性能与低截止电压的放电时间差异不大。钢壳对电池电性能的影响主要表现在电池储存以后的电性能上。极化与电接触特性的差异是造成不同钢壳电池放电性能差异的主要原因。Steel cans which were made of different nickel plated steel and through different drawing progress were used to manufacture mercury-free LR6 and LR03 batteries to study on the influences of steel can on the electric performance of alkaline batteries. The results showed that the initial electric performance had no difference between batteries made of different steel cans. It also showed that after storage, the closed-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, impedance, heavy duty discharge time of different batteries were significantly different, except the open circuit voltage of batteries. The differences of comparatively light duty discharge time and discharge time of lower cut-off voltage of different batteries were not significant. The influences of steel can on electric performance of batteries were mainly exhib- ited after storage. The differences of polarization and electric contact performance of steel can were the main reasons of differences of battery electric performance.
