摘 要:以9KG-350型高密度压捆机为试验装置,对常见的羊草、苜蓿、(碾过的)麦秸进行了压缩试验。通过试验分析,提出了不同喂入量(初始密度)下的压缩关系式及农业纤维物料压缩的数学模型;揭示了开式压缩与闭式压缩有明显的差别;指出了压缩过程存在着“松散”和“压紧”两个阶段,以及物料的种类、喂入量(初始密度)等对压缩过程有很大的影响。在一定压缩条件下,存在着临界喂入量,且不同物料的临界喂入量不同。Taking hign density baler 9KG - 350 as testing apparatus, compression tests are performed for common Chinese wildrye, alfalfa and rolled wheat straw. Through testing analysis, a compression formula in different charge die and a mathmatics model for agricultural fibre materials are established, it is revealed that there are great difference between open-compression and sealed compression, at the same time, it is pointed out that there are two stages of loose and compression in the whole compression process. The test shows that the variaties of materials and charge die have great effect on the compression process, and that the limit charge (initial density) exists in the certain compression condition, and that different materials have different critical charge.
