摘  要:在培养白桦试管苗的去分化阶段进行不同培养基、6BA浓度、蔗糖浓度对茎、叶去分化率影响的比较试验,结果表明:以MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L为基本培养基时,茎、叶的去分化效果较好,并且添加的蔗糖浓度越低,越适于茎的分化,浓度较高,越适于叶的分化。During the dedifferendational step of culturing the test-tube seedling of Betula Platyphylla Suk, we do some comparative experiments on effect of dedifferenfiafional rate on leaf and stem of different culture medium, 6BA density, sucrose density. The result shows: When taking MS + NAA0.1 mg/L + IBA0.5mg/L as basic culture medium, the the dedifferentiational effect of stem and leaf is better and the lower sucrose density added to, the more suitable to dedifferentiation of the stems; the higher demity, the more suitable to dedifferentiation of leaves.
