摘  要:目的:了解端粒酶在乳腺良性病变和乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨端粒酶在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用原位杂交的方法,对70例乳腺癌和30例乳腺良性病变进行分析。结果:70例乳腺癌组织端粒酶阳性表达54例,阳性率77%;30例良性病变组织端粒酶阳性表达2例,阳性率6%,正常乳腺组织端粒酶不表达。端粒酶在乳腺癌细胞中的原位表达和在乳腺良性病变细胞中的表达之间的差异具有非常显著意义(P<0.001)。结论:端粒酶在乳腺癌细胞的发生、发展中起到一定的作用,可以将端粒酶作为一种新的肿瘤标记,通过对细胞端粒酶的检测来协助乳腺癌的诊断。Objective: To analyse the expression of telomerase in benign and melignent breast lesions, and to investigate the effect of the telomerase during the beginning and development of the carcinoma in the breast. Methods: The expression of telomerase was examined by using in situ hybridization(ISH). Seventy cases of the carcinomas and 30 cases of the benign lesions in the breast were analysed. Results: Fifty cases of carcimonas were positive expression . The positive ratio was 77%. Two cases of benign lesions in breast were positive expression . The positive ratio was 6%. There was no expression of telomerase in normal breast tissue. The difference between the expression of telomerase in benign lesions and carcinomas in the breast was very significant(P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion: There were correlation between the telomerases and carcinoma in breast. The telomerase can be a new tumor marker for the breast carcinoma.
