青海地区61例肾活检病理与临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾穿活检的病理、临床意义.方法:对61例肾活检组织进行HE、Masson、PASM光镜观察及免疫荧光镜观察.结果:61例肾脏疾病患者以男性略多(57.37%),患者中以(31～40)岁较多(34.42%).本组患者病理分型以MsPGN为多(36.06%),其它类型比例较小.结论:肾脏疾病好发于青壮年男性.肾活检资料以原发性肾小球疾病最常见(93.44%),病理类型以MsPGN最多,临床表现以CGN最多.Objective： To discuss the pathological and clinical features of renal biopsy. Methods： 61 renal biopsy tissues stained by HE, Masson and PASM were observed under the condition of light microscope and immunofluorescence. Results： Among the 61 cases, male patients （57. 37%） and patients aged（31- 40）years （34. 42%） were more observed, and MsPGN accounting for 36. 06% was the most common pathological type in this group patients at renal biopsy. Conclusions： Young male patients predominate in renal diseases~ Primary glomerular diseases （PGD） is of the most frequent form （93. 44%） in patients experienced renal biopsy. MsPGN is the most common pathological type and most of these patients had clinical manifestations of CGN.
