摘　　要：从循环经济的模式出发,详细论述了制革最优化生产安排中,首先要做好的是削减原料皮的重量,提高原料皮的质量,并作好行业有关各方的协作。From the pattern of cycle economics ,some efficient arrangement about tanning process were discussed in detail.Shaving the weight of raw hide to improve the quality should be done at first ,and some cooperation in the industry should be essential at the same time.
