摘　　要：SSE-CMM是一种衡量安全工程实践能力的方法,其目标是将安全工程发展为一整套有意义的、成熟的及可靠的学科。文章简介了SSE-CMM的模型,包括概念、发展历程、应用目标与范围、核心内容以及评估方法。具体阐述了以SSE-CMM模型为度量依据对电力系统通信安全状况进行评估的解决方案。SSE-CMM is a method for measuring safety engineering and practical ability, its goal is to develop this technology into a meaningful, mature and reliable subject. This paper briefly introduces the model of SSE-CMM, which includes the concept, development course, application goal and range, the key content and assessing method. According to SSE-CMM model the solution schemes of evaluating electric power communication security state are explained.
