电针对老年雌性大鼠血清睾酮、雌二醇和孕酮浓度的影响  

The Influence of Electroacupuncture at Points Shenmen, Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan on Serum Testosterone, Estradiol and Progesterone in Old Female Rats

摘　　要：目的探索针刺治疗更年期综合征的作用机制。方法以18月龄雌性SD大鼠为更年期模型,选取“神门”、“三阴交”和“关元”3个穴位,电针治疗7d后,测定血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)以及孕激素(P)的含量。结果电针雌性大鼠“神门”、“三阴交”和“关元”穴可使老年大鼠血清中雌二醇的水平升高,睾酮的水平降低;对青年大鼠血清中雌二醇、睾酮的水平无明显影响。结论电针刺激此三穴对大鼠体内雌二醇和睾酮水平有调节作用,可以使老年大鼠体内雌二醇水平升高,从而缓解更年期症状。Objective To investigate the mechanism of the action of acupuncture on climacteric syndrome. Method Eighteenmonth-old female SD rats were chosen as a model of climacteric, Points Shenmen （ HT 7 ）, Sanyinjiao （ SP 6） and Guanyuan （ CV 4） were selected and electroacupunctured. Serum estradiol （E2）, testosterone （T） and progesterone （P） contents were determined after 7 days＇ treatment, Results Electroacupuncture at points Shenmen, Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan could raise serum estradiol level and lower serum testosterone level in old female rats and did not significantly influence serum progesterone, estradiol and testosterone levels in young female rats. Condusion Electroacupuncture stimulation of these three points has a regulating effect on estradiol and testosterone levels in rats and can raise estradiol level in old rats to relieve climacteric symptoms.
