海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状的临床调查

摘　　要：目的通过研究针刺对海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状的影响,为临床治疗康复和预防复吸提供临床依据。方法按随机对照的方法把海洛因依赖者分为海洛因依赖组和正常对照组,分别观察并记录针刺治疗不同治疗时间段两组的稽延性戒断症状、HAMA、SDS评分,并进行统计学分析。结果稽延性戒断症状随戒断时间的延长可逐渐缓解,在戒断d45时稽延症状积分下降明显。至戒断d75、d90趋于平稳。在戒断d90仍遗留有稽延性戒断症状。对稽延性戒断症状的单项分分析显示:在戒断d15时症状最明显的是睡眠障碍,其次是焦虑情绪和躯体不适。至戒断d90,睡眠障碍仍比较明显。结论针刺在一定时间段内可以干预海络因戒断者的稽延性戒断症状,但并不能完全缓解。Objective To provide a clinical basis for recovery from drug addiction and prevention of its re-taking through investigation the effect of acupuncture on protracted withdrawal symptoms in heroin addicts. Method Heroin addicts were randomly divided into heroin addiction and control groups. The protracted withdrawal symptoms were observed and HAMA and SDS scores counted in different periods of acupuncture treatment in both groups. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The protracted withdrawal symptoms could be gradually relieved with the withdrawal time lengthening. The protracted symptom sore markedly decreased at 45 days after withdrawal and tended to be stable at 75 and 90 days. The protracted withdrawal symptoms remained at 90 days after withdrawal. The evaluation of single protracted withdrawal symptom showed that at 15 days after withdrawal, the most obvious symptom was somnipathy and the next were anxiety and bodily discomfort. Somnipathy was still severer at 90 days after withdrawal. Conclusion Acupuncture can but not completely relieve the protracted withdrawal symptoms of heroin addicts in a certain period of time.
