应用单克隆抗体ELISA阻断试验 快速检测兔出血症病毒抗体的研究

摘　　要：利用抗兔出血症病毒(RHDV)的特异性单克隆抗体(McAb)建立了ELISA阻断试验用以检测血清抗体,并与血凝抑制(HI)和琼脂扩散试验(ID)进行了比较。结果ELISA阻断试验敏感性超过HI,更远胜于ID,具有灵敏、特异、准确等优点,适于大批血清样品的快速检测。A double-sandwich-blocking ELISA coated with mixture of RM-14 and RM-17 was developed for the detection of antibodies directed against rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) in blood serum of rabbits. It was fand to be a sensitiye,specific,rapid,easily performed and accurate test as compared with the hemagglutination imbition (HI) and immunodiffusion (ID) tests.suitable for the detection of RHDV antibodies in large quantities of serum samples.
