摘  要:作者采用杂交瘤技术获得两株分泌贝氏隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium baileyi)特异性抗体的杂交瘤细胞-2H_11和2C_7。经3~4次克隆化后,阳性率均达100%。染色体数分别平均为94和95。经分析:两株单克隆抗体识别抗原分子区的相关位点。为今后进行贝氏隐孢子虫的诊断及免疫学研究奠定了基础。Two hybridoma cell colonies, 2H_(11) and 2C_7, which produced specific antibod ies against Cryptosporidium baileyi, were obtained by using hybridoma antibody production technique. The positive rates were all 100% after the hybridomas were cloned for 3~4 times. The averages of the chromosomes were 94 and 95. , respectively. The results of analysis revealed that the two monoclonal antibodies recognized the related points in the antigenic molecule regions. The results of the study laid foundations for the coming studies on the diagonsis and immunology of Cryptosporidium baileyi.
