排球单脚起跳扣球技术动作的研究进展

摘　　要：通过文献资料法,对近年来单脚起跳扣球技术的研究现状及成果进行分析。结果表明:单脚起跳扣球在比赛中已显示出了强大的威力,它的技术特点及攻击效果是双脚起跳扣球无法代替的;单脚起跳扣球的助跑过程减少了踏跳并步这一环节,有利于发挥助跑速度;在单脚起跳扣球技术的研究中,应借鉴双脚起跳扣球引用的指标,使研究更加完整。为了技术的完整性,避免运动损伤,延长运动寿命,有必要对落地技术进行定量分析。By the documentary method, the paper analyzes the status quo achievements of the take-off spike from one foot in recent years. The result shows that the take-off from one foot spike shows powerful might, the take-off from both feet spike can＇ t replace the take-off from one foot spike on technique characteristic and attack effect, The take-off from one foot spike approach course reduces the segment of taking off set-close;it is propitious to exert approach speed, In the study, the take-off from one foot spike should refer to the index of the take-off from both feet spike to make the study more complete, It＇s necessary to make a quantitative analysis of the land technique, to make the technique complete, avoid sports injuries and extend sports life.
