摘 要:以丙烯酰胺为单体,加入有机硅交联剂、引发剂过硫酸钠、反应速度调节剂,制得聚合物堵水剂HY。确定了堵水剂的最佳配方:丙烯酰胺单体加量6%,交联剂加量0.5%,引发剂加量0.03%,反应速度调节剂T_1加量0.005%。聚合物堵水剂HY的封堵试验结果表明,堵水剂HY对不同渗透率的岩芯均具有很好的封堵效果,封堵率大于99.90%,突破压力梯度大于18.0 MPa/m。在70℃和80℃条件下,加入反应速度调节剂的堵水剂HY仍具有很好的封堵效果,其封堵率达100%,突破压力达5.5 MPa。The polymer water shutoff agent HY was prepared using acrylamide as monomer, adding organosilicon crosslinking agent, sodium persulfate initiator, and reaction rate regulator. The optimum formulation was determined as follows : the amount of acrylamide 6 %, the amount of crosslinking agent 0.5 %, the amount of initiator 0.03 %, the amount of reaction rate regulator 0.005 % .The results of plugging test showed that water shutoff agent HY had good plugging efficiency for different permeability core, plugging rate was more than 99.90%, and the core breakthrough pressure grade was higher than 18.0 MPa. Under the conditions of 70℃ or 80℃ , the water shutoff agent HY added reaction rate regulator still had good plugging efficiency, the plugging rate was 100%, and the breakthough pressure was 5.5 MPa.
