摘　　要：本文从主体、内容和违约责任三个方面,对农村土地承包合同的相对性进行了分析,探讨土地承包合同的性质,以期对解决实践中出现的农村土地承包合同的相关问题有所裨益。This text has been analyzed to the privity of the rural land contract from three respects of subject, content and liability for breach of contract, and probe into nature of the contract of rural land. By the means, the author expect the text would be beneficial in solving the problem that about the practice of the contract of rural land.
