摘 要:针对包钢选矿厂磁矿系列磨矿选别流程中存在的磨矿产品过磨现象严重,影响选别效果,工艺技术指标偏低、能耗高等问题,对采用阶段磨矿阶段选别新工艺进行研究,实现阶段磨矿阶段选别后,粗选尾矿直接抛尾,提前回收部分合格精矿,粗精矿再磨再选可提高目的矿物的单体解离度,达到优化选别指标,减少选矿加工费用的目的。For the serious problem of the over - ground phenomenon in the rubbing product has a negative influence on the classification effect making the technical specification be low and the energy consumption high, adoption of a new technology of stage rubbing stage classification is carried on and after that, the tailings are directly thrown away in the rough sizing and some part of qualified ore concentrate is recycled in advance.
