摘　　要：江西上犹江水电厂已有近50年的发电历史,在这段历程中,电厂以及大坝管理人员经历了无数次严峻的考验,但他们以自己良好的管理水平、较高的技术素质、较强的团队合作能力向社会交了一份不错的答卷。这其中,对企业员工培训工作的高度重视和踏实有效的培训管理,发挥了重要作用。Shangyoujiang has been near 50 years of power history, during which the plant, along with its dam managers has experienced various severe tests. However, they have made the plant operating very well with good management level, high technical making and team cooperation spirit, of which paying much attention to the work of employee training and effective training management play a key role.
