摘  要:目的应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价扩张型心肌病患者左室壁收缩、舒张的非同步性。方法利用QTVI技术获取22例扩张型心肌病患者(A组)和20例正常人(B组)的左室壁运动速度曲线,分别测量心尖四腔心、心尖二腔心和心尖长轴切面的左室基段及中段的各相对节段的收缩期及舒张早期速度峰延迟的时间(dTs和dTe)。结果扩张型心肌病患者的收缩期及舒张早期速度峰延迟的时间均明显大于正常组(P<0.001),中段前室间隔-后壁及中段后室间隔-侧壁为最大收缩、舒张延迟部位。结论QTVI在评价扩张型心肌病患者左室壁收缩、舒张的非同步性方面有较大的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the contraction and relaxation asynchrony of the left ventricular wall in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)using quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI). Methods Twentytwo patients with DCM (group A) and 20 healthy subjects (group B) were studied at apical four-chamber, twochamber view and apical longitudinal views using QTVI. The delayed time of the peak velocity were measured in the basal and middle segment of the left ventricle in systolic and early diastolic period respectively. Results The delay of the peak velocity in systolic and early diastolic period in patients with DCM were significantly higher than those of the normal group (P〈0. 001), while the highest delay showed in the anterior septal-posterior wall and posterior septal-lateral wall of the middle segments. Conclusions QTVI is useful for evaluating the contraction and relaxation asynchrony of the left ventricular wall in patients with DCM.
