摘 要:目的应用二尖瓣口平面确定技术(mitralorificeplanedeterminationtechnique,MOPDT)对二尖瓣口面积(MVA)进行二维超声(2DE)测量,旨在探讨MOPDT在2DE测量MVA中的作用和价值。方法术前应用MOPDT对29例MVA进行2DE测量,测值与术中测量结果进行对比、分析。结果采用MOPDT测量的MVA与术中测量结果高度相关,r=0.897(P>0.05),定量测量准确性得到明显提高。结论MOPDT能提高2DE测量MVA的重复性和准确性,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the value of mitral orifice plane determination technique (MOPDT) in measurement of mitral valve area (MVA) through 2-dimensional echocardiography (2DE). Methods Before operation, MOPDT was used to measure MVA through 2DE. The data were compared with that measured in operation, and the relationship was analysed. Results The data of two groups were highly related, r=0. 897, P〉0. 05. So the measurement accuracy was improved significantly. Conclusions MOPDT could improve the accuracy and replication of MVA measurement through 2DE. It is worthy to be applied widely.
