摘　　要：生化需氧量(BOD)是水质监测中最重要的指标之一。分析论述了BOD的传统测定方法、快速测定方法及在线分析检测仪器的发展,论述了各类方法的工作原理及各自的适用范围和局限性。Biochemical oxygen demand（BOD）is one of the most important indexes in water monitoring. This article analyses and discusses the conventional BOD test, the rapid BOD test and the developement of on-line monitoring apparatus. Their work principles,application scopes and limitations are also discussed.
