摘　　要：本文以近30年国内外在未减数分裂的配子(2n配子)研究成果为依据,总结了2n配子在果树育种中的意义、产生途径、遗传机制以及2n配子的鉴定、分离纯化方法。并就2n配子的应用现状和存在的问题加以说明。On the basis of the foreign and native study results of tmreduced gametes（2n gametes） in recently 30 years.The present paper reviewed the function, formational and genetic mechanism of 2n gametes in fruit breeding. It also summerized the methods of identification and purity of 2n gametes. Finally, the utilization and problem of 2n gametes were illustrated.
