摘  要:通过ELISA法,对检测花生酱中AFB1含量的前处理方法进行了改进研究。通过对样品提取条件的优化,提取液稀释度的改变,建立了新的前处理方法,并利用回收率的测定与国标法进行比较。结果表明:利用改进的提取方法处理花生酱样品,对常见浓度加标回收率达75%~120%。新的提取方法不仅简化了操作步骤,减少了工作量,又提高了回收率。A study was conducted to improve pretreatment method of ELISA determing aflatoxin B1 in peanut butter by changing the dilution of extract, improving the condition of extraction we found a new extraction method and compared it with National Standards' method by determining recoveries of aflatioxin B1, The results showed that recoveries of the aflatoxin B1 determined by the new mthod at common levels were all in the range of 75%-120%. The new method not only simplify the measure of work, short work of extraction, but also can increase recovery of aflatoxin B1.
