摘　　要：目的探讨警示性标志在门、急诊输液患者实施药物不良反应(ADR)监测中的作用。方法对输液中易发ADR的药物、人群进行警示性标志和分区管理,制订相关的制度和措施,在输液过程中实施用药预防性、警示性告知制度,让患者充分了解自己用药的情况和输液过程中可能出现的反应。护士有针对性地加强巡视观察,早预防、早发现、早处理ADR。结果实施警示性标志管理后,密切了护患关系,扩大了患者的用药知识和对ADR的宣传,提高了ADR的监测率和用药的安全性。结论警示性标志是将门诊输液患者的用药监护与人文关怀服务融合的有效措施,达到了护患双赢的目的。Objective To explore the role of warning mark in monitoring of adverse drug reaction （ADR） in fluid infusion in outpatient clinic and emergency department. Methods Warning mark and sub- area administration were done in those drugs and patients which ADR happened easily in transfusion. The correlated institutions and measures were made, and the nurses study hard about them. In transfusion, we made the patients know the prevention of drugs and warning mark, and made patients acknowledge the use of drug and the reaction it may be occurred in transfusing. If nurses can strengthen observation and precaution and treatment of ADR were done early. Results After measuring the administration of warning mark, the relationship of nurses and patients became close, and the knowledge of drug can be improved and advertised, and the rate of monitoting of ADR and safety of drugs were enhanced. Conclusions Warning mark is an effective measure which make cooperation of the drug monitoring of outpatients of transfusion with the service of humanized care. Not only the nurses but also the patients had benefits.
