摘  要:分析并证实了用碘量法测定铜时,因大量硅胶的存在,对分析结果有影响,无法准确测定硅铝合金中铜含量。通过用盐酸和过氧化氢溶解试样,大量硅不溶解而过滤除去,消除了生成硅胶的干扰,使碘量法得到改进。用改进后的碘量法测定高硅铝合金标样中铜,结果与认定值吻合,RSD=0.76%(n=7)。It is analyzed and proved that the existence of plenty of silicon affects the analytical results of copper when copper in silicon-aluminium alloy is determined by iodometry. The method can not be used constantly. Through dissolving sample with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, larger quantities of silicon in the sample is not dissolved and removed through filtering, so that the silicon interference is overcome. The improved method has been used to the determination of copper in high content silicon-aluminium alloy. The determination results are in agreement with the certified values and RSD is 0.76% (n = 7).
