摘　　要：针对PSC特殊螺纹接头采用金属密封结构和扭矩台肩的特殊性,开展了4种PSC接头上扣特性的全尺寸试验研究。通过试验,得到PSC接头上扣扭矩圈数曲线图和螺纹过盈量计算公式,并给出国外普遍采用的按台肩扭矩控制上扣的MSTL质量控制图。对我国油田按上扣标记控制PSC接头上扣方法的缺陷进行了讨论,指出应严禁使用;对关于提高PSC接头上扣可靠性问题提出几点建议。Since the premium shouldered connection (PSC) with metal-metal sealing and torque shoulder is used so commonly in many oilfields, a full-scale test of makeup performance of four kinds of PSC connection is made. The makeup torque-turns curve is obtained and the equation for calculating the magnitude of interference of the thread is derived. Then the MSTL quality control diagram for makeup control based on shoulder torque is presented. At last, suggestions for improving the makeup reliability of PSC connection are put forward.
