摘  要:目的获得银杏外种皮中黄酮类物质提取的优化工艺条件。方法采用超声提取法从外种皮中提取黄酮类物质,高效液相色谱法测定提取物中黄酮含量。结果通过正交实验,得到提取过程的优化工艺条件为时间30 m in,乙醇浓度70%(体积分数),固液配比8 mL/g。其中,乙醇浓度对提取过程的影响最为显著。结论与传统方法相比,本方法具有省时、节能、提取率高的特点。Aim To abtain the optimum operation conditions in technical process for extracting ginkgolic flavoniods from the testa of Ginkgo biloba L. Methods The technical process for extracting ginkgolic flavoniods from the testa by uhrasonitor was studied and HPLC was adopted to determine the products . Results It was time and labour-saving, convenient and with high efficiency compared with traditional methods. Conclusion The ratio of 70% ethanol to the testa of Ginkgo biloba L. is 8:1 and the ultrasonic extracting time is 30 minutes. The concentration of the ethanol has the greatest affect to the extraction process.
