摘 要:目的为中国西部旅游开发中特种旅游产品开发与规划提供依据。方法通过实际调研和文献分析。结果论述了特种旅游的开发特点、市场需求特点、国际市场现状、国内旅游发展态势与需要、西部自身优势等。结论提出西部特种旅游的开发思路,包括完善政策、规范市场,合理规划,采用灵活多样的分区开发等,在措施上强调明确地域优势,建立完善的配套服务,注重旅游者体验的保障,以“柔性开发”为主,努力提高基础设施水平。Aim A basis will be proposed for development and planning of special tourism product during teurism development in western China. Methods By investigation, analysis of reference and scholars' visiting. Results Characteristics of development and market demand is analyzed, the situation of international market and domestic development is dictated, meanwhile the superierity in western China is proposed. Conclusion Primary exploiting ideas is put forward, which including optimal policy, normalized market, rational planing, adopting divisional modes flexibly, and so on, some principles should be emphasized that include:territorial superiority should be defined, corresponding service should be set up, visitors' experience should be guaranteed, " soft development" establishment of infrasturcture should be selected.
