摘　　要：本文针对济南市政府信息资源建设的问题,用新的发展观点,阐述了建立信息资源管理的思想和管理模式;探讨了政府信息资源的整合问题和建设的新理念及整合要素;分析了建设我市政府门户网站的问题和难点,并提出了相应的对策。This essay is aimed at the problems raised from the construction of Jinan municipal government reseurce, Under a advanced point, it elaborates the thoughts and management model of constructing information resource management; also explores the new theory and integration element of consolidating and constructing government information resources; It analyses the problems and difficulties in constructing our city＇s porlal website and puts forward resolutions.
