摘　　要：流媒体技术是未来宽带网络为用户提供丰富的多媒体信息服务的主流技术,本文就应用流媒体技术在江苏广电构筑网络广播电视系统的实施方案作了探讨,并就网络媒体的技术选择、功能服务、发展方向作了具体介绍,希望借此探索新的广电运营模式。Streaming-media is the key technology of the multimedia services provided by broadband networks in the future. This article discusses the implementing solutions of building the Broadcast and Television system on the networks with the streaming-media technology for JiangSu Radio and Television Station. And also introduce the selecting, function and development orientation of the multimedia on networks in the hope of exploring a new program operation mode of the Radio and Television industry.
