摘  要:利用整体传递矩阵法对机床主轴内外转子耦合系统的动力学建模方法进行了详细研究,并在此基础上计算出主轴系统的动力特性。与Prhol传递矩阵法相比,该法考虑了主轴和拉杆间的连接刚度,因此所建动力学模型更符合主轴系统实际情况,计算结果更可靠。计算过程同时表明该法计算简单、精度高且易于编程。文中还利用有限元法有效地解决了主轴双转子耦合刚度的计算问题。Dynamic modeling of the inner-outer rotors coupling system of a high-speed spindle in an NC lathe was studied in detail with the exact transfer matrix method. Furthermore, based on the model the dynamic characteristics of the spindle system were effectively calculated. According to the results, the dynamic model by the exact transfer matrix method was in better agreement with the actual structure of the spindle system than the model by the Prhol matrix method, thus the results were more reliable. It is also shown that the exact transfer matrix method has the advantages of simple calculation, high accuracy and easy programming. In addition, the coupling stiffness of the double rotors was successfully calculated with the finite element method.
