摘　　要：作为先进制造中的重要技术,过程管理正受到越来越多的重视,并在企业中得到了日益广泛地应用。本文基于当前两种主要的过程管理技术:项目管理和工作流管理,分析了它们对产品开发的支持,提出基于两者集成构建支持协作产品开发的过程管理平台。文中通过对两种过程管理技术的研究,给出了支持协作产品开发过程管理的总体框架。并进一步研究了该框架下过程管理的工作模式,以及项目管理和工作流管理间的集成接口。As an important technique in advanced manufacturing, process management is more and more widely applied in enterprises. The paper analyzes the support for the product development offered by current two kinds of process management technique： project management and workflow management. The idea of constructing a platform supporting collaborative product development is put forward, which is based on the integration between project management and workflow management. Then the process management framework is given. Finally, the system working modes and the interface between the two kinds of technique are studied.
