应用改良琼指扩散试验检测鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒的研究

摘　　要：应用加3％PEG的改良AGDT检测鸡IBDV,检出率最高。对临诊疑似IBD的16个病例检测结果证明,有改良AGDT检出率为62.5％,而用常规AGDT法检测的阳性率为43.7％,前者比后者检出率提高18.8％。同时,在检出的阳性病例中,用改良AGDT法检出IBDV抗原的滴度比常规法高出1～2个倍比滴度。The experiment result,show that the highest detectable indices to IBDV can be achieved the modified agar gel diffusion test (AGDT) with addition of 3% polyethylene glycoKPEG). The detection results of 16 cases clinically similar to IBD show that the positive rate detected by the modified AGDT and conventional AGDT are 62. 5% (10/16) and 43. 7% (7/16) respectively ,the detectable indices by the former method is 18. 8% higher than that by the latter method. In the positive cases,the IBDV antigen titre measured by the modified AGDT is 1 ~2 ploidies higher than that by conventional method.
