摘　　要：行政协助制度是许多国家或地区行政程序立法中的一项着墨重点,究其原因,与行政协助可以克服科层制固有的官僚弊病,提高行政效率,充分发挥政府一体的机能有着密切关系。行政协助制度包含许多内容。我国正在进行的行政程序立法也将行政协助制度作为一项重要内容,但如何作出完善、合理的规定,还应当充分研究、借鉴其他国家与地区的相关规定。Administrative assistance system is one of the most concerns in administrative procedure legislation in many countries and areas, in that the administrative assistance is able to overcome the bureaucratism inhered in hierarchy of the sections, to improve administrative efficiency and thus to utilize the function of the government as a whole. With abundant contents, the administrative assistance system has been an important part of the drafting of administrative procedure act in China. But a sound and system needs much research on relevant regulations drawn from the lessons of other countries and areas.
